About this title: Peggy Lee's 1952 hit recording of "Lover" is included on this British compilation of tracks licensed from MCA Records, along with a couple of other hits, Kitty Kallen's 1954 chart-topper "Little Things Mean A Lot" and Jack Jones's 1963 record "Wives & Lovers." The selection also includes such notables as Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday in a 20-track list that dates back to Judy Garland's 1937 recording of "You Made Me Love You."
