About this title: A companion to their near-simultaneously-released The EP Boxset, EMI/Parlophone's The CD Singles Collection -- released on Parlophone in 1995, EMI in 1999 -- is a set targeted at collectors who are looking for CD replicas of the Beatles' 22 British singles. Each of the 22 CDs in this set is housed in a replica of the original artwork and contains no more than the original A-side and the original B-side, which doesn't make for practical listening, but practicality isn't the point of the set, collectability is.
