About this title: Ray Gelato, a fine singer and tenor saxophonist who is one of England's main leaders in the retro-swing movement, sounds very close to Louis Prima in many spots on this CD, particularly on "Josephine" and a medley of "Angelina" and "Zooma Zooma." He also closely emulates Nat "King" Cole on "I've Got a Way With Women" and "L-O-V-E," bases his version of "Umbrella Man" on Dizzy Gillespie's, and does a credible interpretation of "Moody's Mood for Love."
