About this title: This collection of 21 songs by Bill Deal & the Rhondels is a bit different from the reissues by Heritage and Sequel. For starters, although it has the key classic tracks by that band, it also features a pair of songs by the successor group the Sheiks of Shag, featuring Bill Deal and drummer Ammon Tharp who, between them, organized the original Rhondels. Additionally, the last eight songs are live recordings done at Virginia Beach, VA, in 1991.
