About this title: This two-CD set by the Duke Jordan Trio combines both portions of the 1976 Osaka concert previously issued separately; the pianist is joined by the late Wilbur Little on bass and drummer Roy Haynes. The fare is heavily weighted toward Jordan's original works, with a few exceptions. A somewhat low key "I'll Remember April" serves as the opener, though it is suddenly faded as the leader completes his solo.
