About this title: In 1996, Warner Bros. came out with a limited-edition six-CD set featuring pianist Bill Evans and his trio (with bassist Marc Johnson and drummer Joe LaBarbera) playing at the Village Vanguard just a few months before Evans' death. This single CD is taken from the expensive collection and reportedly includes Evans' favorite performances from what was originally planned to be a two-LP set.
