About this title: This soundtrack from a PBS special is Benny Goodman's last recording. After a period of semi-retirement, Goodman had recently taken over the big band put together by Loren Schoenberg and he had regained his enthusiasm for touring. The big band almost exclusively played early Fletcher Henderson arrangements and boasted such soloists as trumpeters John Eckert and Randy Sandke, trombonist Eddie Bert and Ken Peplowski on tenor.
