About this title: Robby Krieger's solo career after the Doors has been somewhat erratic, but one thing remains: he is still one of the most original yet underappreciated guitarists to emerge from the rock era. This collection of instrumentals is a wonderfully eclectic mix of styles which reflects Krieger's unique synthesis of blues, rock, jazz, Flamenco, and beyond. "Her Majesty" has a graceful, regal melody and groove that reflects the title, and Krieger's melodic playing on this track is stupendous.
