About this title: This rodeo family film stars Michael Biehn as a former bull-riding champ. After a barroom conflict, boozing gambler Smokey Banks (Biehn) is sentenced to community service at a ranch camp for orphans and underprivileged kids -- where young Danny O'Neil (Brock Pierce) recognizes the ex-champ.
