About this title: This suspense drama features an all-star cast, including Richard Benjamin, Dyan Cannon, James Coburn, James Mason, Ian McShane, and Raquel Welch. An interesting production fact about the film: its screenplay was written by actor Anthony Perkins and lyricist/songwriter Stephen Sondheim. Their careers depend on keeping in the good graces of Clinton (James Coburn), a powerful movie producer. That is why a group of actors, director, agents and other movie professionals (who hate each other) accept an invitation to spend a week on the producer's yacht on the anniversary of his wife's untimely ...

"Strangely enough, written by a collaboration between a famous Broadway composer and a then famous leading man actor- Stephen Sondheim and Anthony Perkins. OK, so by today's standards, if you watch this movie on TV it does look like a TV movie. Some of the actors might be remembered for their stints late in their careers on less than stellar TV sitcoms and such. Raquel Welch was in it, but unfortunately her acting here is like a fish out of water. The plot is undoubtedly the star of the show, but it's credibility is helped a lot by actors like James Mason and Richard Benjamin. I like Dyan Cannon, but her characteristic quirkiness goes a bit over the top, at times. James Coburn is running the show, on his yacht. He's his usual abrasive self but here he gets off on the mystery game that he creates but mostly for the purpose of humiliating his guests. But, as I said, the plots the thing here. A very clever whodunit. If you like a good puzzle, all the clues are in front of your face. At the end, remember the movie title."
