About this title: The live recording heard on this disc was not exactly the "debut concert" of Brazilian duo guitarists Odair and Sergio Assad, who had some exposure, performing separately and together, in the U.S. in the late '70s. Nonetheless, it was quite a significant event -- it was the brothers' European debut, and it introduced their compelling mixture of South American and Spanish music, spiced with Baroque arrangements and virtuoso original compositions.
