"My daughter and I heard Leonard Slatkin conduct the Detroit Symphony Orchestra on Dec. 14, 2008, at Detroit, MI Orchestra Hall. We were awestruck with the performance of Carmina Burana with the orchestra, chorus and soloists. I had to have CD's for both my daughter and myself so we could go on enjoying this wonderful experience. It was recommended in the booklet that we order the CD of the St. Louis Symphony & Chorus directed by Mr. Slatkin, which I ordered. Even though they are a different orchestra, chorus and soloists we are continually enjoying the awesome music."
