"The book is more a monologue by Punset than a dialogue or conversation. The title misleads, as the book mostly about biology with little about the true universe of science. While important scientists are "interviewed" very little that is new or thought provolking is revealed because the "interviewer" (Punset) is too self-important. Carelessly edited, with repetitions and non sequitors. For example, Punset ( and Margolies) finds it more important to show that Stephen J. Gould was annoyed by a surprise interview than that he had something of significance to say. Similar negative opinions expressed by entire science reading group."
