"#3-In this Atlantis story, Valerian, Nymph King, battles his constant need for sex while protecting his newly acquired home from dragons. In order to appease his warriors, Valerian travels to the surface and brings back several women including leading lady Shaye Holling. I liked that Shaye maintained her tough, cynical personality throughout the book. Valerian was not that deep of a character and I was actually a little annoyed with him about midway through. Still, this was a good read."
"This is pretty much the second strictly romance novel I've read in my life, but it's probably one that's going to set the standard for all other paranormal romances. I couldn't put it down, so enthralled was I with Valerian and Shaye's relationship, which was sexy, funny, and completely memorable. The ending felt perhaps a bit rushed due to its neatness and tie-in with earlier books in the series, but all in all, I was satisfied, and will most definitely be picking up Gena Showalter's books for future romance reads."

"Have you ever wondered how people get over the past relationships? Shaye is a young woman who has given up on things that involve a romantic relationship with anyone. She even has an anti greeting card buisness those like her. On the night of her mother's 6th marrage, a strange group of men came from right out of the blue. Their leader and king, Valerian has seen her and has decided to take her along with willing women to his home. Shaye however is not so willing and fights him but she is overpowered by the warrior. At his palace his men line the women up and begin chosing, however, he won't let anyone but him lay a hand on her. But she has other plans, like escaping, and she's not alone. One other feels the same way. During the days they spend with the warriors, they begin to re-discover a forgotten emotions with two certain warriors. And who are these enemies that are trying to take over the palace?
This was the most halarious lve story I've ever read. Especially the two story lines about the two couples. One girl is pure and innocent while the other has had a tramatic life. This book has two couples and you'll love them both.
I think anyone who likes a good comedy/romance story should read this."
