"This book is simply gorgeous! The artwork is intricate, and the idea to have a pop-up altar is just fabulous -- perfect for meditation. I am conflicted regarding the very sexualized descriptions of the goddesses in this book, however. While the sensuality of the portrayal of the goddesses in the artwork certainly honors the nature of Vajrayana Buddhism (immersion in the sensory perceptions of the world in order to realize endless compassion and infinite wisdom), it is the descriptions of them by the man authoring them that veers on voyeurism."
