"This was my first time reading Chopra. Let's just say he's highly intellectual so some of the passages I would have to read a few times to understand them. Plus, there were alot of terms and theories about the brain and our consciousness that were new to me. All in all, I would read Chopra again. This book helped me understand how when people die their souls go on in the universe and that there's a whole science behind it. In addition, we are connected to our loved one's through consciousness, even after death, which is deeply comforting."
