"This is why I don't read "self-help" books. :-) This book got a lot of hype and good reviews. It's meant to offer strategies for overcoming a personal challenge (or crisis as she pens it). I think this lady is a bit crazy - she claims to be able to foresee the future (only with certain things) and therefore she urges the reader to try to do the same to get out of ruts or overcome any challenge. Trust your intuition is a theme throughout the book. I'm sure it is helpful to a lot of people - maybe i just haven't figured out what my intuition is saying... :-)"
