"Makes you want to go be tested for B12 levels (which I did, and I'm fine, so it was a little anti-climactic). But you don't really want or need to read the whole book to believe her case. I found myself saying "okay, sure, this is possible," and that reading any more than like 1/3 of the book wouldn't really change my opinion much in any particular direction."
