"I really like the Classroom in a book serie and use it to teach almost all of the Adobe softwares I teach.
It could have been a little bit deeper, but it's really good for level 1 and 2 users.
I've read it in French, but it's the same thing as in English.
The only little problem with those kind of books is that it teaches you how to do something, which is good, but when, for example, you have many options, it'll tell which one to choose, without telling you what the others are for..."
