"ALTHOUGH I FOUND A LOT OF EXPRESSIONS I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE BOOK IS FILLED WITH WONDEROUS STORIES OF THE WORLD FAMOUS TROPICANA NIGHTCLUB AND IT'S MANY WONDERFUL CHARACTERS. GOOD READ!"
"This book was interesting and had a lot of history about Cuba and the politics of the 50's and early 60's when Martin Fox was building up the famed Tropicana. I thought the story would center more on the nightlife and club than the nation's history, but after taking a world regional geography class -geopolitics affects lifestyle very much! One thing I think this version was missing was pictures and that would have been interesting. Sometimes the terms and names in Spanish could be confusing. Overall, an interesting and educational read."
