"this book had some helpful hints on what to expect from a kid with ADHD and how to react. I discovered that I actually knew more than I thought I did about this already so I didn't learn too much. Some of the ways to help the book suggests becomes impossible in the school setting though. For example, sit a student close to the teacher. I have classes which have 6 to 8 kids with this problem. They can't all sit next to me. And if I ask each one each day for homework and check notebooks, I will lose 10 or more minutes of instruction daily."
