"Page turner (but i'm a nerd). It is an easy read (except for the chapter on depression which goes on and on) for an explanation of simple immunology and how chronic stress impacts different areas of our body. Great introduction to psychimmunology (how our mind and emotional state affects our immune system.) Entertaining."
"It looked cute and fun and I did gain some information on stress and how our bodies respond to it versus how animals do...but overall it was dull and difficult to stay involved in."
"I really enjoy his writing style. He does a great job of couching complex biological processes in every day occurances. Also, his humor provides a great relief from the intricate biology he is discussing."
"Everyone should read. Highlights in a interesting yet informative way the negative affects of stress, as well as other cool tidbits. Nerdy but funny at times."
