"I'm crazy about Byron Katie. I think she has the most amazing technique for handling life. I really loved "Loving What Is". With that said, this book didn't do that much for me. I definitely would not recommend reading it until after you had read "Loving What Is", but as a companion book, it was good. I just didn't get as much out of it. However, if you feel like your life revolves around finding love and approval, this book might be just what you're looking for. I did enjoy it. It just paled in comparison to "Loving What Is"."
