"This book was full of gross things. It had pages that talked about bacteria and parasites. I thought it was going to be about bones and organs. I bought it for my four year old boy and Im not even going to give it to him."
"My children, particularly my 6 year old, love this book. It is probably a 2nd -4th grade level, as far as interest and vocabulary, but the pictures are wonderful and there is just enough detail, and description to keep children interested, but not overwhelmed. I particularly like the reproduction pages, as they are accurate without revealing much info. about the sex act, but refer mostly to the internal happenings within each sex, and with conception and growth of a baby. Very appropriate for the target age, in my opinion. We own this and never tire of revisiting it."
