"This is probably one of only two books I would recommend anyone buy for purchasing foreclosure properties. The potential investor must always remember that simply buying a book and expecting to go out and buy, buy, buy is unrealistic. However, you can get a start here and then I would recommend finding a local person to mentor you; don't pay money for any type of coaching programs. I warn you of all upselling any author trys to do, especially in the real estate investing field. Most authors and circuit (snake oil salesman) speakers do is try and bubble you out of your cash-don't go there! Lucier is about as down to earth as it gets with no B.S. in the book. If a method is shady and smells like dung, he'll tell you about it and how to not step in it."
