"I haven't read the entire book...I use it mostly as a reference because I like it so much! I picked it up once on a whim and agreed with much of what the Sleep Lady suggested. Since the first time reading it, I've checked it out 3 times. I just need to buy the book. It has improved how I view sleep and the routine I have for my children."
