"This is one of the most fun and fantastic fashion books out there and is just packed with info and images. Although I tend to be frustrated by the "celebrity focus" of InStyle magazine, I have found that their books balance it all quite well and apply a lot of "real life" information for the normal woman. Although this book is trendy and up to date it focuses largely on classic styles that are timeless, featuring extensive sections on wardrobe staples with images of how they have been worn throughout the years (including photos of women like Katherine Hepburn, Twiggy, Jane Fonda and et cetera). Great advice on "day-to-evening" styles, how to mix and match you pieces for different looks and gazillions of great tips for shopping, saving and keeping your wardrobe well taken care of. Definitely an enjoyable read!
