"Fun book! I enjoyed the circular aspect of this book! The fact that the animals are each looking at another animal, until the reader reaches the last animal that is looking at a child, who is looking at all the animals. The colors were fun, vivid, and bright reflecting on how fun nature can be. The page layout was interesting in the fact that each page has the illustration stretching over two pages, a doublespread. Having the pictures of the animals stretch over two pages created the feeling like you were in the book, instead of, looking at the pages."
"This is another collaboration by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle. We absolutely loved "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" but we haven't been as enchanted with the subsequent books. This one focuses on endangered animals and it's good, but not our favorite."
"Always a hit with our children. Especially by our 2yr old. We thoroughly enjoy reading this to them and making different voices for the animals. It's fun for my spouse and I to take turns at bedtime and see how we do the voices differently. We have fun with it and even crack ourselves up! :)"
