"I think his methods are a little extreme, okay maybe a lot extreme. However after reading the book, I have to agree with him that many of the maladies of are day can be attributed to an unhealthy bowel. Very informative, however I am not prepared to take on the full undertaking of the "cleanse" but I can definitely use a moderate one."
