"The forth book of the sookie stackhouse series! halfway through my box set and i still have to wait eight months until the tv show YIKES! One night sookie was driving home when she sees a half naked eric running down the highway. Soon she realizes that he has to recollection of, well, almost anything. He doesn't even know his name! Turns out some witches (yea thats right) in bon temps decided that they wanted erics business (and maybe something else from the hunk ::wink wink::, no really she wanted to sleep with him) and when he denied well they put a spell on him. Now sookie, the vampires of bon temps and alecide's were friends all gang together to defeat the witches. Meanwhile sookie begins to fall for eric, since hes now so sweet and inocent, well you know what they say. While bill's away the psycic will sleep with his boss."
"Dead to the World, the fourth book in the on-going Sookie Stackhouse series, picks up shortly after where book three left off, with Sookie newly single after breaking up with her vampire boyfriend Bill. The best parts of Dead to the World are not just how Harris continues to expand the scope of the world she has created - which is close to approaching the level of detail and back-story by Tolkien or Herbert, at the rate that she's going - but also how she sets-up yet another showdown between the good versus the bad guys that was last seen in book two, Living Dead in Dallas. (Which is probably the reason why I like these two books best in the series so far.)"

Sookie's brother Jason goes missing and she has to try to save him as well as Eric. Sookie gets stronger and fiestier with each book-this series is really addictive."
