"Learning about SCRUM via case studies is a great way to do it. I would have liked the book to touch on extreme programming more, or discuss the advantages and disadvantages of 2 week, 3 week, or 4 week sprints. It also didn't discuss estimating backlog in story points."
"Ken Schwaber writes with clarity on the topic of Project Management using SCRUM methods. This is a well written book and I would recommend it to anyone who wants an overview of the processes and tools used by Project Managers for Agile software development, with very relevant examples. The books also gives us an insight into the possible risks involved and ways to mitigate those risks. Ken's obvious experience and knowledge of these methods is very apparent in this book, as is his passion for the field."
