"To be honest, I really only spent time diving into the last two or three chapters of the book as they were relevant to my research. What I read of the book was a relatively easy read which appears to work quite hard to stay objective. At times, it feels as though it pops back and forth between a 10 year period rather than going through it systematically. Also, the last chapter seemed rushed, almost as though the author had lost interest. Still, I think overall it was a very good book and I certainly found it useful!"
