"I find the English title a bit too much (free your spirit? dance with life? - I have a Finnish translation) but I think that this uplifting book is more down-to-earth than its title. It really helped me when I was depressed and needed encouragement. It still is my "first aid" for bad times. I first found it in the local library, and then bought a copy. The author herself has been depressed; no wonder she shows such an understanding of the thoughts and feelings of people suffering from depression; mind you, this book is not specifically targeted to such people."
