"This book really helped me see that I have the ability to do something about the problems in my life, beginning with the way I think about them and the questions I ask myself when faced with challenges.
My only issue with the book is the use of the term "personal accountability", which I think can be viewed as a blame-placing word. Instead, I choose to replace that term with "personal response-ability", borrowing from Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, which focuses on a person's ability to respond to life's crises."
