"THis book includes shopping lists, exercise guides with photos, and brief explanations of female fat and strategies to minimize that fat. No surprise that stress is a contributor to weight gain. While this book does approach good health in a holistic sense, it is more secular. To me it seems to emphasize breathing and relaxation more than connecting to a higher vibration by meditation. Includes a 6-week diet plan for every body type and it is not restricted to vegetarian diets, but rather it follows sensible eating. This book also includes recipes. My rating may seem low because at the time this book it seemed like more of similar books or articles I had already read. It is very practical and accessible for ALL women motivated to take action with making lifestyle changes in small steps."
