"this book is very nicely arranged.it is a tiny and has only 100 recipes. each appetizer has its own page with a picture of said appetizer on top and accompanying photos of prep work. the book has seafood, pork, chicken, beef, cheese, egg, dips and finger food appetizers. many of the recipes are challenging, but it takes time and dexterity to make good appetizers. one day, i swear i'm gonna get around to making the stuffed blue cheese mushrooms"
