"Easy to read & refer back to certain exercises, Good routines. Illustrated well. Various levels for beginners to advanced. Solid routines. Nutrional data in there as well, although i don't totally agree with all of her meal plans, I am sure they are good for some people. She seems to have too many snacky things in there that i don't eat on a regular basis, like pretzels & pudding, it would be easy to substitute something else in there instead so the meal plans may not fit everyone. Her basic info is great though. I have read this book more than once and refer back to it often for alternate exercises to add in my routines."
