"Now, I'm not big on motivational books or basically most forms of self help, but for those in sales, it helps to get motivated sometimes. Some of Ziglar's approaches seem outdated to me or more geared to someone selling "Squeege-O-Matics". However, there are still many good points, mainly, stay organized and focused on the customer."
