"Dr. Levy is my doctor in Real life, and have finally gotten around to reading her book, and I must say, this stuff does work. The ways that you can help your own body, and learn what it needs by certain positioning of your fingers is pretty amazing. I do this everytime that I go into the doctors office, but am now understanding why certain things she does works, the mechanics of it, if you will. Since most people cannot travel to see Dr. Levy themselves, I think this is a must read for ANYONE. Also, seeing as this is the first kinesiology book written for the public, and that isn't just for doctors, I would jump on it. It's written in the common mans language for anyone to understand."
