"I wasn't happy reading this book. It didn't do it for me. Couldn't understand all his subtle distinctions. I didn't finish it and had to read here and there. I liked his checklist at the end of the book for leading a happy life."
"This is one of the best books I have read on the topics of happiness and gratitude. It is filled with ways to learn how to be grateful for things in your life, even when at times you feel nothing in life is working out right. This book focuses on making the connection between your thoughts and your emotions. It also has a lot to do with perspective. Kind of like the old saying "nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so." I have read this book more than once and like to flip through it occassionally to help remind myself that life is never as bad as we make it out to be. It is also reassuring to read about how we control our thoughts and can change our negative thinking in order to be happier and more fulfilled. This book is a quick and easy read and I would recommend it to anyone who wants feel happier more often."
"I LOVE this book. I consider myself a pretty happy person - this book had a lot to teach me about being happy. I found the concept simple and very powerful. For someone who tends to "overthink" this book has really set me on a path to positive change. All change takes time, I am already seeing and feeling a difference and I have already started re reading it to really get the most from it. Thank you Mr Clarson!!"
