"Lots of tips on how the rich women dress in NYC, Atlanta, Dallas, LA and Chicago. I thought there would be a lot of styles shown but there was more makeup tips, how to do one's hair & outfits to look as if one lived in one of the big cities, and pictures of older celebrities to illustrate the cites. I suppose one could use some of the tips to do some "people watching" in her own city and figure out how the rich women dress?
