"I bought this book in preparation for the Level I Yoga Teacher Training. It gives a great introduction to the YogaFit approach, and the basic philophy and history of yoga. It well explains the three phases of yoga (warm-up, work, and cool-down), and provides detailed instruction and good photos of each pose. For someone who wants to learn yoga through this book I recommend bying one of the many DVD's available in addition to the book. As beginning to inter mediate yoga practitioner I already have gotten new hints in proper posture that I was not aware of before (partially) reading this book."
