"This book has a lot of fun facts about all the different presidents we have had in the United States. What I liked about it was that it told a lot of the really cool things about being President, like, having your own bowling alley in the White House, but it was also realistic and said some of the hard things about the job, like people not liking you. All in all, a fun story and great pictures."
"The illustrations in this book are funnier as an adult than as a child. Knowing some of the history behind some of the presidents makes them more interesting and entertaining! It's neat to see pictures of presidents in everyday situations. It makes them feel more like real people. Recommended for grades 2-8"
"This book is filled with text and illustrations in a cartoon-like format. It gives a historical outline of all the similarities and differences of the past presidents just in case the reader ever thought about being president one day. The cartoons seem to be outlined by a pencil drawing. It is a comical representation of the past presidents that make the reader learn about their silly personalities. Unlike other books about presidents, it is written for a young reader and demonstrates how each president was different. Not particularly for what they did for our country, but through how they looked, their names, and their lifestyles. It's a great story to share with your students during times of elections or just for fun when learning about the United States. Although fun-loving, there is a lot of text in the story mixed with the comical illustrations."
"Picture Book: A fun book that contains tons of presidential trivia. It is an interesting book that is fun to read, but not very helpful if you are actually looking for information."
