"After finishing Tarzan of the Apes and finding out it didn't finish the story, I had to get this book followed by the third because The Return of Tarzan doesn't finish the originial story either.
Tarzan fans will like this one as much as they did the first."
"This is the first Tarzan book I read as a child. I loved it! I still enjoy reading it. My copy was published during WWI and is quite literally falling apart. The pages are yellowed and fragile. There is notice on the title page declaring it to be published during wartime paper shortages, but adhering to the law."
