"If you're just trying to get a taste of portuguese, and understand the pronunciations (which are awesome!), this book is a great place to start. The only problem is that I was trying to learn Brazilian Portuguese, and the pronunciations are a little different from Portugal portuguese. Brazilians don't pronounce the "s" at ends of words as a hard "s", not "sh". Really the only problem I encountered. The rest is great!"
"kinda looks like a 4th grade workbook with all the colours. i find it useful, but if you don't already have some prior knowledge about pronunciation, then the phonetic spelling convention they made up may end up confusing you."
