"I started reading this book in Arabic first and fell in love with his approach of the parables. He shows the Jewish and Eastern background of Jesus parables. I have yet to see a book ever that surpasses this one: there is NONE. I also used it in a Sunday school and enjoyed making it simple for the people and people loved so much this approach to the Parables. You get to see the Talmudic background of some parables for instance, you get to see the difference between what is spiritual and what is cultural, a commonly made mistake, etc. I will be more than happy to discuss this book with you anytime."
