"This book was created back when collecting the older opaque glass, now known as milk glass, was just beginning. You will find pieces that are quite rare now and many people don't recognize them. When you do find them you can identify them as authentically old from this book written mid 20th century. The author does not give complete manufacture details that seems to be a big requirement now because of the internet. But for a basic book on authentic old opaque this is one would be quite helpful."
