"Okay, like a couple other textbooks that I actually liked reading, I originally gave this one 4 stars, but since no one will ever read this for fun I lowered it down to where it belongs. I'm including textbooks just because I am striving for what my goal of a good 3 star book is: to look well read. I'm totally padding my numbers here. Anyway, back to this book. I enjoyed it so thoroughly I gave serious consideration to becoming an infectious disease specialist. But that dream was killed by angry internist and a delicate ego."
