"I had been reading about Denise Fleming's art - she works with pigmented paper pulp, creating pages/sheets that have the imagery imbedded into the fibers of the paper. I was hoping the reproductions would provide more visual clues to her process, but was disappointed to see that they look much like collage might. Guess I was disappointed in that regard, expecting something else altogether. The book itself is a nice primer on colors, though, and should be visually stimulating for younger toddlers."
