"I gave this cookbook three stars simply because these recipes require ingredients I do not normally have on hand, or I have to go out of my way to obtain. There is a huge emphasis on seafood, which we do not cook much, by personal choice. The recipes are also not something you'd whip up for a weeknight dinner. They are better suited for a weekend meal when you have the time to devote to them."
